Moving Forward Sample Sale

This summer, after 10 years in the 7th Street Penn Quarter Arts District, our lease will come to its natural expiration.  Because our building will be going through some renovations, we figured it was time to move into some new digs and relocate!  So what does that mean for you?

Yes, you guessed it...EVERYTHING IS ON SALE! THE ENTIRE STORE!

All in-stock and showroom samples are 30% off. If you have been to our Sub-Zero Sample Sales in the past, you know that things go fast. So, be sure to arrive right at 6p to get that special piece you have always admired.

Maybe it's a Toikka bird; maybe it's the Orange Slice Chair designed by Pierre Paulin; or maybe it's the Limited Edition Eames Elephant from Vitra. Whatever it may be, if you want it, now is the time.  We announce the sale to the public beginning Wednesday the 8th. So don't miss out!

We are bringing out all the stock, all the warehouse pieces, the classic items, the edgy items and more. Everything will be sold as is, final sale, no returns, refunds, or exchanges. This discount does not apply to past purchases or special orders. Sorry.

As stock sells down, we will bring out new pieces to replace what has sold until it's all gone, so check back regularly (sale ends Sunday July 26th at 5pm)

For those of you that purchase large showroom samples (i.e. furniture, casegoods, etc.) we can refer you to a delivery service that can coordinate delivery to your home.  Additional fees will apply.

What's Next for Apartment Zero?

During the past ten years, Apartment Zero has grown from a retail store specializing in goods for urban living to a full-service interior design firm. During those 10 years, we have had the great pleasure of collaborating with area embassies and museums. The evolution has been challenging, rewarding, and we are grateful to all who have supported us.

Going forward, Apartment Zero will focus its resources on residential and commercial interior design,  plus a dedicated office for contract sales to the trade (architects and interior designers).  Apartment Zero will also be launching its e-commerce site offering a much larger and more exclusive range of products to a national audience in addition to the Washington DC area.

It has been our pleasure to serve you!  We look forward to expanding our relationship with you now and in the future .... and who knows, perhaps you'll see another retail concept pop up very soon.
